We're looking to fill the Digital Merchandising Specialist position at either our Wausau Corporate Headquarters or at our Appleton office.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Digital Merchandising Specialist will aid in executing our product marketing strategies and have a close partnership with our sales, digital, and product line teams. This position will drive online merchandising to ensure an optimal buying experience and an increase in online sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy
- Create and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms and PIM (Product Information Management tool)

Perform keyword research and optimize product listings to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Analyze and report on product performance

Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior and sales performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive sales growth

Review and evolve digital marketing strategies related to product SEO and content, marketplace selling, email promotions, and product reviews

Support the creation of blogs, emails, and social media content

Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to plan and execute promotions and campaigns
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’s):

Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred

2+ years of digital marketing and e-commerce experience
- Image editing and analytic tool experience, preferred
- PIM and Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce experience, preferred
