1. MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE
2. Plan and conduct yoga classes tailored to different skill levels.
3. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of yoga poses and techniques.
4. Create a positive and inclusive class environment that encourages mindfulness and relaxation.
5. Ability to work with pre and postnatal women.
6. Positive attitude and pleasant, member first mentality.
7. Monitor and adjust participants' techniques to ensure proper alignment and prevent injuries.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, new practices, and safety guidelines.
9. Establish a rapport with participants and offer guidance on improving their practice.
10. Modify classes based on individual needs and limitations.
11. Knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology related to yoga practice
12. Additional certifications or experience in related fields such as Pilates, dance, personal training, or group fitness is a plus
13. Passion for health, wellness, and promoting the benefits of yoga
**Qualifications:**
1. Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized accreditation. (200 hour minimum)
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching yoga classes.
3. Knowledge of various yoga styles and ability to adapt teaching methods.
4. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to motivate participants.
5. CPR certification preferred. (Not mandatory but a plus)
6. Commitment to continued professional development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 per hour
