Primary Responsibilities:
- Consulting with project manager to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
- Provide exceptional customer services with an emphasis on phone etiquette
- Ensuring appointments are scheduled to meet company productivity goals
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
- Recommending actions to keep project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

- Must possess good written and oral communications skills and have proven analytical experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
- Employees must complete a background investigation and successfully complete drug screenings
