Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing care and support to children in a preschool or daycare setting
- Implement and follow a curriculum and assessment
- Help manage and redirect challenging behaviors using appropriate behavior management techniques
- Support the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the children
Skills:
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
