```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other techniques.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
