**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling a list of new businesses with no online presence, offering them our marketing services. Your primary focus will be to sign these businesses up for Google and Yelp listings. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn high commissions for successfully selling website design services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct cold calls to a targeted list of new businesses to introduce our marketing services.
- Explain the benefits of having a presence on Google and Yelp to potential clients.
- Persuade and sign up businesses for Google and Yelp listings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell website design services and other marketing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively convey the value of our marketing services.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of online marketing and digital presence.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
**Compensation:**
- This position offers no base pay; it is commission-only.
- Earn a high percentage commission on all sales, including substantial bonuses for website design services.
