Summary
The Channel Partner Success Associate is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing the utilization of MSA's services through our channel partner relationships. This role assists in fostering and expanding these partnerships, presenting MSA's value proposition, and ensuring seamless transitions of growth opportunities to employer sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Development
Builds and strengthens partnerships by regularly engaging with existing partners and delivering tailored solution presentations. This role requires an understanding of partner needs, proposing MSA's solution to those needs, and ensuring continuous partner satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborative Strategy Execution
Serves as the liaison between partners and internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development. Participates in cross-functional efforts to address client needs, which enhances the overall client experience and optimizes client outcomes.
Revenue Growth Initiatives
Drives revenue growth by proactively initiating upgrades to higher-tier solutions among partners. This includes effectively communicating the value of MSA solutions, managing partner expectations, and smoothly transitioning opportunities to the Growth teams for closure.
Contractual and Compliance Management
Oversees and manages contractual elements including obligations, terms, pricing, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs). This function is critical to ensuring that all partnerships operate within agreed parameters, which enhances profitability and mitigates risks.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Conducts detailed analyses of partner performance, tracks engagement metrics, and reports on trends and opportunities. Regular reporting helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring strategic decisions are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment is required. Experience in the financial services or employee benefits sector is highly advantageous.
- Skilled with CRM software, MS Office Suite for creating presentations and reports, and Google Workspace for collaborative projects.
Working Context
- This is a full-time position that occasionally requires flexibility to meet project deadlines and partner schedules.
- The role is a remote position, however, occasional travel may be required for industry conferences and executive meetings.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
