By direction of Maintenance Supervisor: performing preventative routine building maintenance tasks and ensuring machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Performing maintenance tasks in the following fields as directed by Supervisor: carpentry, electrical; heating, HVAC, plumbing, and other tasks as assigned.
Position Responsibilities as directed by Maintenance Supervisor:
Ø Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
Ø Perform minor plumbing maintenance.
Ø Adhere to and follow company safety procedures.
Ø Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
Ø Reconfigure, install, position and remount modular offices and space to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks.
Ø Prepare surfaces and paint various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools.
Ø Maintain required documentation.
Ø Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures.
Ø Read and understand technical drawings to repair and maintain equipment.
Ø Perform other work related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Graduate or GED
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

2.Must be customer service oriented
3.Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
4.Ability to use common tools
5.Ability to work with minimal supervision
6.Valid Ohio Driver’s license
7.Clean driving record to meet insurability under Company insurance
