Lingua Franca in-house production manager to oversee the production flow and management of Lingua Franca's (2 members) and ( 5 members in house and apx. 25-30 at large). This position works directly with the CEO, President, Design, Sales, Shipping and Marketing. The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities managing the In-House Production & Embroidery Team: 5 in house embroiderers, 1 production associate & 1 production assistant).
- Manage and collaborate with the in-house embroidery production team to ensure that embroidery is executed according to LF guidelines
- Implement schedules, Brightpearl, and calendars to ensure smooth wholesale & DTC production flow
- Oversee the recruitment, hire & onboarding of new embroiderers
- Order/Source raw material and embroidery studio supplies
- Approve weekly time shifts for embroidery department
-Assign embroidery work daily to team members to ensure excellent and timely execution
-Communicate with marketing, CEO & wholesale department to ensure the timely deliveries and excellent execution of all samples, rushes, custom DTC and wholesale orders
-Attend weekly inter departmental meetings
-Lead bi-weekly in house Embroidery team meetings
-Consult with production team & sales team on pricing and cost for all embroidery related expenses
-Oversee the outsourced creation of digital designs for machine embroidery production
Responsibilities managing the At large Embroidery Team: (apx. 25-30 embroiderers)
-Schedule pick up and drops offs weekly
-Communicate with team to alert them of impending shipments, new launches, inventory delays, bulk orders and anything that will affect the usual embroidery work flow
-Inform embroiderers in advance (when possible) of a larger than usual workload
-Collaborate with the embroiderers to establish weekly workloads
-Oversee the QC of embroiderers' work, with help from both PAs
-Ensure that embroiderers' receive the appropriate guidelines, tools and materials needed to complete their work; problem solve when issues or questions arise
-Oversee, adjust and approve weekly time shifts
-Recruit, hire & onboard new embroiderers periodically throughout the year
