Our Dental Practice is looking for a person to work alongside our owner Doctor and managers to drive all aspects of the practice. We need someone excited to take on a critical collaborative role in the development and growth of our practice.

The ideal candidate for this dynamic position will be excited by problem solving and planning. They must be someone with critical thinking skills who is able to assess, research and resolve issues with logical and creative solutions. They should have in-depth knowledge of quality management systems and dental industry best practices with a proven track record of implementing process improvements & driving operational efficiency. The Director of Operations must possess a combination of leadership, organizational, communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate has not only business operational experience, but also has the skills to effectively lead and manage the team.
In this role you can expect responsibilities such as the following
- Working collaboratively with the owner Doctor in the strategic planning for the growth of our practice.
- Employee satisfaction and retention
- Team development through strong leadership and training.
- Management of vendor relations
- Review and evaluate data to analyze the businesses productivity and provide a report to the owner Doctor.
- Identify areas in need of new processes or systems and drive the implementation.
- Financial Management including bookkeeping, budget review and work with the CPA.
- Management of compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Management of marketing efforts through collaboration with our marketing firm.
