Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations crucial to the success of our youth enrichment programs and organizational activities. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient office procedures, managing staff communications, and supporting programmatic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including staff management, communication, and organizational content (applications, supplies, filing, etc.).

Develop and implement policies and procedures for year-round programs and summer camps.

Oversee all aspects of financial operations using accounting software, including donations, reconciliations, bill payments, invoices, and budget tracking.

Maintain organizational standards set forth by leadership.

Assist in taking and organizing notes for leadership meetings and community engagements.

Foster a sense of connection and accountability among students and staff.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills and ensure team accountability for job performance.

Promote teamwork and collaboration while upholding organizational culture, core values, and programmatic success.

Remain flexible and adaptable to maximize impact and ensure safety, empowerment, and engagement of staff and participants.

Represent the organization in community engagement opportunities and support the successful implementation of events and fundraisers.

Manage program expense reporting and attend leadership meetings and training sessions as required.

Ensure the success of organizational operations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit or youth-focused organization.

Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and foster positive relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
