Accounts Payable Specialist (AP)
Our established, global client seeks a self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist (AP) to join their team! The ideal candidate is deadline-driven, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Accounts Payable Specialist (AP) Responsibilities
- Match and process invoices/POs ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date invoice/account information in ERP system.
- Research and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Support processing of checks, wire transfers, credit card transactions, and ACH payments.
- Ad-hoc administrative support (filing, sorting, placing orders, etc.).
Accounts Payable Specialist (AP) Qualifications
- 1 year of accounts payable experience.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Customer-service oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.
Salary: $22-$23/hr. + Bonus (DOE)
