Manage tenants, customer, and property owner inquiries in a high volume and fast paced environment via phone, emails or chat
Promptly respond to property management related inquiries, maintain an accurate database of customer and property owner interactions, and collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
Successfully track and assist with resolution of customer inquiries and document all interactions for reference later
Project manage lease renewals, amendments and modifications to individual leases and assets through completion
Monitor Unison’s customer and accounts receivable and problem solve with collections vendors collect of any overdue payments.
Perform billing and cash collections activities and ensure financial compliance of all leases and assets
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress
Catalogue, abstract and administer key terms of acquired leases and assets
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in real estate investment analysis.
