Job Title: Call Center Representative (Hearing Care Advocate)

Job Details: Remote work, part time, flexible scheduling: morning, afternoon, evening, nights, and weekends available. 4-6 hour shifts

Purpose:
- The Patient Relationship Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer service interaction during each call.
- Patient Relationship Specialists will schedule appointments for new and existing patients on inbound and outbound calls.
Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Work Context
Work Environment
- This is a remote job that requires a private work space with no background noise interference.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers with multiple screens and phones.

Tasks
- Read from scripts that guide the appointment setting process.
- Contact individuals by telephone to schedule appointments.
- Answer calls from new or existing patients.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name and address.
- Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- 70% inbound calls and chats, 30% outbound calls, chats, sms text, or emails in response to new and existing user inquiries.
