ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. This includes the ability to email, text and have productive telephone conversations.
Apartment management experience is preferred, but not required. Backgrounds in the following industries are a plus: retail/sales, hospitality and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Property Manager
- Oversee properties’ personnel
- Maintain good public relations with current and prospective residents
- Process applications for apartments in a timely manner
- Investigate and address resident concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain resident files and other records
- Assist with collecting rents
- Handle outdoor tasks such as property and apartment inspections
Skills/Qualifications:
- Honesty and strong work ethic
- Team player who can adapt to new processes
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate with Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and a car are required
A background check will be performed before starting the job.

Pay: $785 per week
Schedule: 5 day, 40 hour work week
Work Schedule: Monday thru Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Saturdays usually close at 1:00 PM (Job requirement to work Saturdays). Closed
Sunday. Will have either Tuesday or Wednesday off during the week.
Periodically, we rotate our Assistant Property Managers to work at each of our four properties.
