Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial CCTV Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of security projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
a. Collaborate with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
b. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering resource requirements, dependencies, and risk factors.
c. Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure alignment and clarity of project goals and requirements.
2. Resource Management:
a. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project milestones and deadlines.
b. Identify resource constraints or gaps and work proactively to address issues and minimize disruptions to project progress.
3. Quality Assurance:
a. Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client expectations.
b. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify system functionality, performance, and adherence to design specifications.
4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project duration.
b. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and milestones to clients, maintaining transparency and accountability.
5. Risk Management:
a. Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
b. Monitor project progress, budget variances, and scope changes, identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
a. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members.
b. Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making within the project team to ensure alignment and cohesion.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in project management, preferably in the commercial security industry, with a focus on access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated systems.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to security systems (e.g., UL, NFPA, ISC).
· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPP, PSP) and training in project management or security systems are a plus.

Pay: $66,855.00 - $73,800.00 per year
