Position Overview: As a Fiber Internet Outside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will include identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and closing deals for our Fiber Internet services. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers in the designated territory through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and market research.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of Fiber Internet services and how they can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and requirements of each customer and recommend tailored Fiber Internet solutions that align with their business and personal objectives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations to foster trust and loyalty to our brand.
- Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with potential customers to address concerns, negotiate contract terms, and facilitate the signing of agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the Fiber Internet market to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, manage customer information, and report on sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to align efforts, share insights, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, internet services, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales conversions and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Fiber Internet technology and its advantages will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
