**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily schedules and appointments, ensuring all commitments are met efficiently.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to optimize productivity and time management.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, banking, and other personal tasks as required.
- Pick up and drop off children, and coordinate school and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain and organize household and personal finances, including bill payments and budget tracking.
- Act as a liaison between household staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Perform research and gather information as needed to support business and personal projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality concerning personal and business matters.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Upbeat and energetic demeanor with a positive attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting executives or high-profile individuals.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management.
