· Process payments and make delinquency management calls
· Updating customer information in our system
· Processing mail.
· Debriefing management on customer updates
· Closing Sales
Individuals in this role should be natural problem-solvers with excellent customer service skills and a focus on prompt, efficient and courteous service.

Ideal candidate works well with different personality types, enjoys helping others, and detailed even when multitasking. Must have great communications skills. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
