Job Description
Purpose and Objectives of the Role
BestNest Customer Support Specialists are trained to take and place online orders, make product recommendations, and troubleshoot orders while offering the highest possible level of customer service and following established company processes. This role affords daily interaction with the management team of this Cincinnati-based rapidly growing e-commerce distributor.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Learn from your team
- Review online products and descriptions and images
- Answer phone calls to take orders and answer questions from customers
- Coordinate delivery of products to customers
- Email responses to customer inquiries
- Online research of products, and/or customers
- No outbound sales calls
Key Requirements
- Applicants should have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and team work spirit
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written English skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
