We are Total Home Service, LLC your one stop site for all residential and commercial telecommunication needs. We are currently looking to expand our AT&T/DTV B2B/B2C team and opportunities in the Houston market.
Ideal candidates for our Sales Manager position will be active, energetic, organized professionals who present well and excel at breaking the ice with new people in-person every day. We provide all the tools and training to be highly successful and seek top performers to step up into leadership roles and unlimited opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Within the first 30 days, become proficient in our system, the product knowledge required, and customer acquisition techniques
- Between start date and the first 30 days, begin conducting interviews, leading training sessions for new reps, running sales meetings, and building a team
Within the first 90 days, build a 5 person team
Partner closely with company partners/management to meet/exceed monthly quotas in order to aid company goals and growth
Qualifications
- 3-5 years Sales experience
- 1-2 years Sales Management experience
- Outside sales experience (whether B2C or B2B) is preferable but not required
- Ability to motivate and excite those reporting to you
- Ability to coach effectively
Compensation
- Base plus commission
- Performance Bonuses
- Paid Weekly
- Open for promotions based on performance
- No commission cap
