The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and strong admin for our Operation Administrator/Supervisor Role to serve as a liaison and support between various departments, including E-commerce, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills (digitally and over the phone), the ability to document processes methodically, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, prioritizing, and problem-solving. This individual should have a strong aptitude for using new software and possess a keen attention to detail.
The position also involves collaborating with the internal team and external partners to ensure that projects and issues are resolved timely and seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Timely Response: Ensure prompt and professional responses to internal and external inquiries, serving as the primary point of contact for team members and vendors.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and communications within and between departments, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Coordination and Support: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment on key initiatives, projects, and goals.
- Logistics Troubleshooting: Address logistics issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize processes.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making across departments.
- Adaptability to SAAS Software: Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new Software as a Service (SAAS) tools and platforms that may be introduced for various business need
