Role Overview:
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional mental health services remotely. This position involves direct client interaction, administrative tasks, and active participation in our initiatives to generate and maintain referral networks. You will work across a variety of ages, providing tailored therapy sessions that cater to individual needs. As part of our dedicated team, you will help make mental health services more accessible and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality psychotherapy sessions to a diverse range of clients via telehealth.
· Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
· Engage actively in generating referrals to expand client reach.
· Participate in the credentialing process with insurance providers.
· Complete administrative tasks necessary for program support and client management.
· Other program development tasks as assigned
Compensation:
· Administrative Tasks: $35 per hour for non-client-facing administrative tasks.
· Private Pay Client Sessions: $65 per session for direct therapy sessions with private pay clients.
· Insurance Client Sessions: 70/30 split favoring the therapist.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
· Active therapy license in Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT). Licensure in additional states is a plus.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience providing therapy as a licensed clinician.
· Demonstrated ability to engage clients of various ages and backgrounds.
· Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
· Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and familiarity with a range of treatment modalities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
· Self-motivated worker who is ready to hit the ground running.
· Collaborative spirit who can contribute to a positive, dynamic environment.
