Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Assist with general office management duties, such as guest reception and records keeping.
- Phone Attendance: Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette.
- File Organization: Manage and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and systematic storage.
- Purchase Operations: Perform purchase order entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support operational needs. Visit retail stores to purchase office supplies and product parts.
- Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to executives, helping to streamline daily activities using calendar software and operating delegated mail inboxes.
- Google Suite Proficiency: Utilize Google Suite to create documents and spreadsheets and communicate effectively within the team.
- Packaging and Shipping: Prepare and ship products to customers, ensuring undamaged and timely delivery.
- Warehouse Management: Assist with inventory audits, shelf stocking, and part labeling.
- Surplus Management: Assist with refurbishing, packing, and selling surplus parts.
- Facility Support: Manage office facilities, helping to support daily activities by ensuring that all the office supplies and consumables are well stocked. Clean and organize the workspace when necessary.
