Job description
Position Highlights:
We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated sales representatives (Hunters!). Are you passionate about closing deals, navigating small and large offices, speaking with medical professionals, and building consultative relationships? As a key player in our sales department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for driving business and providing world class service in your assigned area. Your skills coupled with ProDirect’s support team will allow you to take advantage of our uncapped bonus plan.

Territory:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience in closing deals to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Working together with internal resources for customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Engage in persuasive and compelling conversations with professionals
- Showcase the value of our product portfolio and customer driven service.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Create business plans, and target lists to maximize sales and compensation attainment
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for success.
- Other duties as assigned or as otherwise required.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience in field sales
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effectively engage with professionals at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a persuasive and confident demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
- $65000 to $75000 (Based on experience) per year base salary
- Uncapped variable compensation

Experience:
- 2 years sales experience (Required)
- 2 years Dental or Medical Device sales experience (preferred)
Work Location:
- In assigned territory
- Travel to corporate office and meetings/shows as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
