Program Manager Coordinator
Program Manager position responsible for overseeing day to day operations of WESCO Industries’ Transitional Living Program/Residential Program. Wesco's Transitional Living Facility is one of the only ones of its kind in Western Iowa. Provide leadership and guidance to Direct Support Staff and residents. Must regularly assess and support residents in achieving their goals for independence and adjusting service plans as needed, as well as provide supervision, professional development and training for staff. Must ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing the Transitional Living Facility and Residential sites and be able to deliver program updates and reports.
Applicant should have experience in the following areas: Supervision of multiple employees, planning, development and delivery of human services, employee relations, managing a budget and working within a team environment. Must also have experience in working with substance abuse, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders. Must be able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment and be able to quickly delegate and prioritize multiple tasks at once.

Requirements:
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in psychology, human services, social work, counseling, substance abuse, or related field plus four years of full-time paid employment in a related field. Experience with substance abuse, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders preferred. MSW preferred.
Candidates with an Associates degree in a related field may be considered for the right candidate.
Substitution for Education: Two years of full-time paid employment in case management, social services, residential management or related field or managerial position may be substituted for each year of education.
Plus two years of full-time paid managerial experience in the human service field.
This is a Full-time exempt, salaried position. Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience starting at $57,636.75 for minimum qualifications, additional compensation available for increased experience, education and/or certifications
