- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls for a multi-line phone system
- Check in patients and collect copays, deductibles, etc
- Verify patient demographics and insurance and input/update information in patient’s chart in a timely, but accurate manner.
- Needs to have computer knowledge.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills in a busy, active environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Check out patients and schedule follow up appointments, complete outgoing referrals.
- Schedule incoming referrals.
- Retrieve and delegate faxes.
- Collect balances on accounts, glasses and/or contacts
- Distribute incoming packages
- Must be dependable, self-motivated and a team player
- Triage patients

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
