Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a superior sales and service experience to customers and dealers via phone, email and trade shows.
Essential Duties:
· Assist customers and dealers with product and service questions, sales order requests, return requests, technical support, and resolution of conflicts or customer dissatisfaction with services and products.
· Enter data into computer, including warranty cards, customer information, and return authorization surveys.
· Be direct contact with Sales Reps for select territories and solving sales and customer service issues for the them.
· Trouble shoot product issues with dealers and customer walk through repair procedures over the phone
· Travel to retailers and train employees on product
· Travel to trade and consumer shows and work independently
· Perform other related duties and assignments, including factory work if required.
Education/Certification Requirements:
· Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
· Minimum six (6) months prior customer service or administrative experience.
· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to learn Epicor system.
· Minimum six (6) months prior retail experience in outdoor retailer

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
