We are growing and hiring a hard-working, dedicated, positive administrative professional to work in the HR Department. This role is M-F and the work hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm EST or 9:00am-5:30 EST (with a 30-min. unpaid meal period).
This is a remote role. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, and successful customer service experience (internal or external customers). Ideal candidates will live in one of our current operating states (North Carolina, Maryland, Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, Texas).
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide new hires with exceptional service and support
- Manage and coordinate onboarding process/offboarding process of all employees in assigned region
- Ensure fingerprints are completed timely prior to start
- Ensure all new hires are set up in CR/HRIS prior to start
- Ensure all new hires have completed onboarding documents prior to start
- Complete primary source verification of certification and licensing prior to start (send applicable documents to credentialing)
- Ensure new employee paperwork is processed for payroll timely
- Work closely with Training Coordinator to ensure that all new hires are set for orientation and ready to start their first day
- Create personnel files, I-9s, records, and documentation, and WOTC processing.
- Maintain personnel files and I-9s
- Coordinate with other departments such as payroll and credentialing
- Complete employee IT onboarding including ordering equipment and setting up accounts accordingly

- Communicate with multiple team members when an employee is clear and ready to work with their client
- Completes all HR data entry and data point maintenance across systems such as employee change template, CR, Apploi, Smartsheet; new hires, status changes, terminations, PTO and Sick policies. Including when employees change status from PT to FT etc.
- Follow-up with all new hires via survey and check-ins
- Off board employees via exit survey’s
- Complete IT offboarding and collect equipment
- Completes daily/weekly monthly reports
- Completes audits regularly and as needed
- Participates and assists with department projects and activities as requested and needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Previous experience in the ABA field strongly preferred; non-profit and/or healthcare field also preferred/considered
- Demonstrated success in performing administrative functions
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines at once
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS) and similar computer applications
