We are looking for an experienced, innovative Associate Creative Director who is passionate about creating breakthrough work in the health care space. This person must be dedicated to helping the agency, its teams and its clients Ignite Greatness and bring better health to more people.
Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Exceptional concept generation
- Creative problem solving in any medium
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective Mentorship of more junior members of their team and our firm
- Partnership with other departments to integrate creative ideas into a full campaign
- Ability to organize project teams in partnership with the project management team
- Hands-on ability to create files from scratch using Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to: mock-ups, storyboards, graphics
- Ability to present and sell through ideas, creative strategy and creative rational, both internally and externally
- Ensuring A+ campaign/creative quality throughout the team and the work they manage
- Partnership with outside vendors to ensure creative quality
- Ability to prepare for, plan and attend directing video and photoshoots
Requirements
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- After Effects, Lightroom, HTML/CSS a plus but not necessary.
- 10+ years Ad Agency Experience
- Portfolio required
