Customer Experience Coordinator
Providers Choice Laboraotry is a new generation of laboratory testing and patient care. We provide PCR diagnostic laboratory testing and service providers across the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Arizona. The job position of Customer Experience Coordinator is an integral part of PGL’s mission of revolutionizing laboratory testing and provider partnerships that ensure all patients receive the timely care they deserve.

Position Overview: As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, and process orders with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to inform customers and answer questions accurately.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Proactively process client/customer inventory orders

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma/GED; additional qualifications a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience using customer support tools and CRM systems.

Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
