- This is a front facing role.
- This person will be responsible for booking conference rooms, greeting visitors, answering the phone.
- Will be responsible for some supplies, there is a coffee bar.
- This person will be responsible for conference room readiness and switch boarding.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
- Ad hoc administrative duties. Some inventory management.
- Utilizing MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
