CASES keeps people out of jail and prison by engaging them with effective services that help them succeed in the community. We specialize in serving youth and young adults in criminal justice and neighborhood-based programs. This position supports the Education and Career Services (ECS) team. ECS works with youth and young adults ages 17-27 to develop their employability skills and long-term employment. This position is looking for an independent self-starter to be a Career Coach for an incentive-based job readiness program for young adults that live in Central Harlem. Services are expected to be done in person – at the office and/or in the community.
