We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our client headquartered just outside of Madison, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a friendly, supportive, team that shows their appreciation through various employee perks!

Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (100% onsite)
Responsibilities:

Achieve and maintain department standards

Troubleshoot problems with customers via phone and resolve efficiently using diagnostic procedures within department work practices

Ensure accurate documentation of all call data in the CRM system

Promote a positive team atmosphere
-
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent degree required
-
Call center/customer service experience required
-
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
-
Ability to type 30 wpm
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
