Axiom Strategies’ DC-based Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office environment, as well as supporting the overall productivity of our staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities, equipment, and systems.
Manage relationships with external service providers, including cleaning staff, security personnel, and maintenance contractors.
Work with Operations staff to implement office policies and procedures that enhance productivity.
Plan, coordinate, and execute cost-effective internal company events, including birthday celebrations and company happy hours.
Manage the booking and scheduling of events in public spaces in the Axiom Strategies office.
Collaborate with different departments to aid in the execution of events hosted in the office, such as internal events and client meetings.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentation materials, and other necessary resources.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of visiting staff into the office environment.
