We are seeking an experienced, full-time Closer/Manager to complement our valued services. Competitive salary based on experience with signing bonus and profit sharing.
In this role, the candidate will need familiarity with reviewing commitments and the offer to purchase, order payoffs, order final utility readings, communication with all parties of the transaction, pro-rate taxes, and post-closing procedures, such as sending payoffs of any bills to be paid and send loan package back to lender.
To ensure success in this role, you should exhibit a solid understanding of applicable laws related to property ownership in the real estate industry.
Job Functions:
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Communicate with Customers (Real Estate Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, Attorneys etc.)
- Attend closing meetings with all parties
- Review information from commitments, contracts, etc.
- Communicate effectively with all parties
- Have the ability to work well under time constraints and a fast pace environment
Job Requirements/Working Conditions:
- 2 years of experience REQUIRED in Real Estate Closings
- Post high school education and/or training, preferred (business administration, legal or related field)
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work 8+ hours at desk/computer
