Due to our continued growth and success, we are on the search for a skilled ERP Specialist to join our team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities implementing and maintaining of our ERP system. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams (including IT, finance, operations, and business units) to define ERP requirements.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring successful deployment of the ERP system
- Configure and Customize the ERP software to meet organizational needs
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address any issues during implementation
- Systems optimization and maintenance
- Continuously evaluate and improve the ERP system’s performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP software
- Apply updates, patches and enhancements to keep system up-to-date
- Optimize systems workflows and processes to enhance efficiency
- Data Management (manage data migration during system upgrades or changes)
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, data models, and data flow diagrams
- User Support (provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing questions and issues)
- Security and Compliance (implement security protocols)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Reporting and Analytics (generate reports and dashboards using ERP data, analyze system usage, performance and trends)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and maintenance (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong technical skills in ERP software configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources) and how they relate to ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills to lead ERP implementation projects effectively.
