Our client is a leader in the parts and aftermarket services for thermoform packaging equipment for the food and pharmaceutical packing industries and is currently looking to add to their sales and marketing group by adding an (Internal / External) Sales Representative.
Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be a vital asset in driving sales revenue and fostering strong client relationships. Leveraging core skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales, you will excel in identifying client needs, closing deals, and providing exceptional service. Your premium skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management will enable you to expand our client base and increase market share. With a focus on B2B sales and communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our manufacturing business.

* Update and maintain the CRM System
* Develop and grow customer accounts
* Developing leads, referrals, and closing customer deals
* Assist in creating personal sales plans
* Develop applicable product knowledge to assist customers
* Travel as necessary
Qualifications:
* 5 + years experience in B2B / B2C sales
* Experience in aftermarket services and parts sales
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Must possess excellent customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Self Starter / Independent thinker
* Knowledge in engineered / machined equipment manufacturing a plus
* Familiar with the food and pharmaceutical industries a plus
* Mechanical Aptitude a plus
* Micro soft Suite experience
* Problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
