Responsibilities
- Booking and Scheduling: Coordinate with clients to book wedding dates, schedule meetings, and handle contracts and payments.
- Client Communication: Manage inquiries from prospective clients, provide information about the venue’s offerings, schedule tours, and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details. This might involve using spreadsheets, databases, or specialized software.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after events. This could involve resolving conflicts, ensuring client satisfaction, and troubleshooting logistical problems.
- Event Follow-Up: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Personal Development: Stay updated on trends in the wedding industry and hospitality sector. Attend training sessions or workshops to improve skills related to event management and customer service.
