As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues
- Utilize skills to assist -speaking customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
