POSITION SUMMARY:
Ready to take the lead on some exciting construction projects and keep our vacation rental properties in top shape?
Apply to become our go-to Construction Project Manager + Maintenance Supervisor. Here, you'll work directly under our CEO and have a significant say in our projects from the ground up.
On a typical day, you’ll manage everything from the budget to the building crew on two to three major projects a year. You'll recruit, train, and lead your team, making sure we’re hitting our goals without going over budget. We’ll also rely on you to look after our vacation rentals, ensuring they’re in pristine condition and responding to the needs of the territory you oversee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage 2-3 construction jobs a year.
- Create, maintain, and achieve construction budgets.
- Recruit, hire, and lead trades, GCs, or carpenters throughout the project.
- Oversee assigned maintenance territory for vacation rental properties.
- Coach, train, and schedule maintenance field techs who will report to this position.
- Conduct visits to remote cities and properties every quarter.
- Occasionally complete work orders when needed.
- Obtain approvals for work scopes through clear communication between property owners, vendors, and trades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Construction Management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction and maintenance protocols, with the ability to personally step in and handle work orders when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of tradespeople and maintenance technicians.
- Capable of conducting thorough property and territory assessments, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to anticipate project needs and potential challenges.
- Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, training, and operational requirements efficiently.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000
Bonus: Monthly bonus of $2,500 available
On Track Earnings: $80,000
