Your day in a glance:
Night before a job:
- Plan and schedule jobs using company CRM
7:00 am
- Pickup and drop off material before crew arrives at job
- Let Customer know you are on the way to the job
8:00 am
- Safety checklist
- Run Tool Box Talks
- Assign job punch tasks to crew members
9:00 am -3:30 pm
- Ensure employee safety through proper use of chicken ladders and climbing gear
- Equip and teach a production crew on the job by working with them on the roof
- Manage team production by tracking and logging performance
- You are the point of contact with customer during production
4:00 PM
- Clean up work area
- Take materials and tools back to storage
- Pick up tools for the next day's punch list
