A-1 Oxygen, Inc., a DME company, focusing in the rental and facilitation of medical equipment, is currently hiring an Office Administrator to work in our Glendale, CA branch. Our team is in search of a determined office administrator, who is ready to assist in maintaining and expanding A-1 Oxygen, Inc. branch. The office administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Always providing excellent service and supporting the company’s mission and goals. We are in search of a strong candidate who is detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, and growth-oriented.
Requirements
- High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- 2 years of office clerk experience preferred
- Ability to use computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office & Brightree experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and implement strategy to reach mission and goals
- Relationship building skills with Hospice providers and staff
- Highly skilled in project management
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Building network of Hospice providers
- Managing team of patient advocates for the branch
- Managing intake, sales orders, fax, emails, incoming and outgoing phone calls, etc.
- Conducting basic office work including organizing the supply room
- Adhering to HIPAA & other compliance/regulatory guidelines as applicable
- Presenting weekly updates to leadership team
- Overseeing a smooth operation of the office using effective scheduling and communication while maintaining customer service satisfaction and safe operations
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- And other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned
