JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Clinical Staff to work at our urgent care centers. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending verbal job offers. This role requires a strong ability to identify candidates who align with our company values and culture, as well as the skills and experience needed for success in their roles.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Recruits qualified physician assistants & nurse practitioners to work in our urgent care centers.
- Recruits clinical staff including Medical Assistants, Radiology Technologists, Medical Receptionists to work in our urgent care centers.
- Implementing recruitment strategies to effectively manage the talent acquisition and hiring process.
- Collaborate with operations and managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilizing proactive recruiting techniques, including networking, direct soliciting, social media, and university/career fairs, to build a diverse and attractive pool of top talent
- Establishes and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, local colleges and organizations to build a network of current and future recruitment resources
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Posting position opportunities on the company website and other applicable sites to source candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Interacting with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience
- Ensuring all HR files and reports are completed, maintained, and preserved in accordance with established company policies along with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Utilizes metrics and measures to consistently review, enhance, develop and evolve talent acquisition policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
- Creating a culture of collaboration internally within the HR department.
EDUCATION/LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university or related work experience.
- Strong relationship builder
- Healthcare knowledge/experience – this is a requirement.
- One to two years related experience and/or training in provider and/or healthcare recruitment.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
