We are seeking a full-time Family Office Associate, Client Service who will work collaboratively as a team to help serve and manage client portfolios. You must be comfortable with numbers and very organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work hand-in-hand with team in all aspects of client engagements to provide exceptional service to our clients and advisor relationships.
- Know the client from a financial and personality perspective to anticipate and understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure processes and procedures are being maintained while providing exceptional service.
- Provide proactive assistance to prepare for meetings and follow-ups.
- Participate in meetings and build an integrated team approach to all relationships.
- Organize and maintain client files and data.
EXAMPLES OF WORK IN A TYPICAL MONTH
- Download transactions from bank/credit cards and categorize
- Fill out investment subscription documents
- Initiate wire transfer for construction projects
- Review client correspondence (electronic and paper) and follow through
- Open a new entity bank account and get it funded
- Process client bills
- Prepare wire transfers for investments, gifts, charitable requests
- Work with trustee to get documents signed
- Organize tax documents and upload to accountant
- Research questions and provide answers
- Post entries for investment statements
- Track client projects (weddings, construction projects, purchase of property, etc.)
- Set up utilities for new property purchase
- Complete KYC compliance request
- Prepare and send quarterly tax payments
- Attend weekly strategic tactical meetings for client portfolios and Streamline
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of working experience in a professional setting - financial services, accounting, private banking, legal are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting knowledge (currently migrating data to Sage Intacct from QuickBooks across all clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
