Job Overview
The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in upkeeping our books daily, providing essential support to our financial team. Must be prepared to pass the DOJ background check and DMV check.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
● Daily maintenance of financial records: Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner using accounting software or manual ledgers.
● Accounts payable and receivable management: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
● Bank reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
● Payroll processing: Assist in processing employee payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions accurately.
● Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
● High school or equivalent required. Additional education preferred
● Two (2) years of bookkeeping experience.
● Effective verbal and written communication skills.
● Must have reliable transportation
● Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks) is recommended.

Pay: $24.82 - $28.59 per hour
