The Associate Creative Director assists the Creative Director with every aspect of completing creative and production projects through management of available resources. Working closely with the US accounts team in managing all English-speaking accounts in the US, the Associate Creative Director will be closely involved in campaigns spanning across the Americas region.
- Designing and providing creative concepts and ideas for projects/campaigns in order to meet approved strategic marketing objectives.
- Working closely with account services and strategy as a liaison to the creative department, helping them sell their best marketing solutions to the client.
- Translating trends and cultural insights to ideas and campaigns.
- Coordinating with the production manager and working directly with the traffic manager to schedule creative/production jobs according to Creative Director ́s directions.
- Attending creative input meetings in the Creative Director ́s absence or at the Creative Director ́s direction.
- Selling creative internally and externally at the Creative Director ́s / Account Executive ́s request.
- Strong background/experience from copywriting and creative processes.
- Advanced creative drive and capabilities.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape and social media.
- Solid understanding of industry- and cultural trends.
- Working knowledge of all software programs needed to fulfil approved creative concepts – including AI platforms for optimization of creative processes.
- Ability to holistically connect the dots between creative processes and account activities, and challenge clients and peers accordingly.
