- Collaborate with our offsite IT providers to identify and implement solutions
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computer hardware and networking
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance technical skills
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Experience with firewall configuration and management
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure and computer networking
- Excellent technical and communication skills
