We're looking for a few reliable, competent, and high energy individuals to join our team across the DC metro area as coaches and referees in our fall flag football season.

Our weekend (only) rec leagues operate between 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Scheduled hours and positions** depend on league location.

The perfect candidate is/has...
- Excellent communication skills - Great eye contact!
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Coaching/officiating experience (preferably in youth football)
- Must have a cell phone & web/email access
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to motivate others (coworkers and players) - High energy!
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with kids
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from games
- REQUIRED: In order to join our team, ALL staff must pass a standard background check.
- REQUIRED: Commitment to work assigned shifts for the entire 8-week season.
- RECOMMENDED: CPR / First Aid Certification
Qualified applicants will be invited to attend a new staff orientation (beginning in mid-July) where they will have an opportunity to learn the rules and expectations. Staff training will be conducted on the field with some local youth athletes and veteran staff members.
The primary objective at Flag Star Football is (and will always be) to provide the BEST experience for our youth athletes, their families, and the local communities we serve. The only way we can deliver on that front - is if we have experienced and compassionate individuals on our team.
