EVS Metal , a manufacturer of Precision Fabricated and Machined Metal and Integration services, has an immediate opening for a Sales Admin/Customer Support in our Keene, NH location.
Position Summary - Enters Orders and interacts with the Customer and EVS Engineering and Production to help maintain overall Customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives orders and follows the contract review procedure.
Enters orders into the MIEtrak systems that conform to the contract review procedure.
Ensures the Contract Review procedure is complete and when not drives the process to a conclusion.
Communicates issues with received orders via the account salesperson or directly to the customer.
Receives expedite and push out requests from the customer and works with production to determine when the expedite requests can be met and with the Operations or General Manager to determine if the push out request can be processed.
Expedites critical customer delivery requests and communicates those to Production.
Communicate request for quotes to the account Salesperson or Estimator for processing and expedites that process to assure the customer’s request is honored in a timely manner.
Generates shippers for items in stock and forward them to shipping to be organized for shipment.
Arranges third party transportation for order deliveries or coordinates delivery via EVS vehicles with shipping.
Receives quality and customer complaint calls and works with the QA Manager to help resolve them and enters and communicates RMA information where required.
Follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read technical drawings
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to resolve conflict
Experience and proficiency using a personal computer including data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High School/GED and a minimum 2+ years experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
